Protected with bubble wrap around the foliage to prevent any damage

Placed in sturdy boxes with reclaimed foam to minimize movement during transit

Please note: Due to quarantine regulations, we are unable to ship live bonsai trees to:

Western Australia

Tasmania

New Zealand

If you place an order from any of these locations, we will provide a full refund. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Packing for Other Products

For bonsai pots, figurines, and other fragile items, we take extra precautions: All items are wrapped in protective bubble wrap

Items are cushioned with reclaimed hard foam and layers of sturdy cardboard
